The Białowieża Forest District prepared the “Krajobrazy Puszczy” trail presenting various forest communities and changes associated with the man activities in the natural environment – from deforestation for settlement and agricultural purposes up to forest restorations used in the forest management. Here you can also see various, mainly wet forest habitats: alder swamps and alder-ash riparian forests, as well as forest on the moraines. 19 stops were prepared in total. The trail leads from the offices of Białowieża Forest District through the reserve “Wysokie Bagno” to the Forest Education Centre “Jagiellońskie”.
