Forest trees

The “Puszczańskie drzewa” trail was created in 1998. It leads from Białowieża through Professor Władysław Szafer Memorial Landscape Reserve to the Demonstration Reserve, through broadleaved forests with impressive specimens of trees. After visiting pens with animals, we can return to Białowieża along “Żebra żubra” trail and climb an observation tower at the Białowieża-Pogorzelce trail. From the tower we can enjoy the view over Białowieża Forest.
