Car Parks
In the forest, motor or horse-drawn vehicles and mopeds can move solely on public roads, and only designated forest roads can be used. On forest roads the vehicles can be parked solely in designated places. To facilitate access to the forest for the society, two projects of active forest management are currently being implemented, concerning construction of forest car parks. Modern facilities of this type are equipped with information boards, car parks, shelters, tables and benches. These facilities are available free of charge.
The general access to forests and their resources is stipulated in provisions of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (Journal of Laws of 1991, No. 101, item 444, as amended).
